How Evergreen Cup handles your data, how this site got built, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
Last updated August 8, 2026.
These terms cover using evergreencup.org and taking part in the tournament, whether you're playing, staffing, or just reading the schedule.
Signing in requires an osu! account through osu!'s own OAuth login. You can optionally link a Discord account afterward. We don't run a separate password system; if you lose access to your osu! account, you lose access to yours here.
Playing and staffing both require a registration through this site. Eligibility, format, and conduct rules live on the rules page and can change between editions as the tournament grows. Registrations go through a screening step, and we reserve the right to reject, waitlist, or remove a registration for reasons covered on that page, including region eligibility, rank range, and conduct.
Standard osu! tournament conduct applies during matches, and the assigned referee's ruling stands. Off-platform conduct that affects the tournament, including in our Discord, can also result in removal from the event.
Donations through our Ko-fi page are voluntary and go toward the prize pool and tournament costs. Donations are non-refundable except at our discretion; if you think a donation was made in error, email us and we'll look at it case by case.
Registration answers, bios, and any social links you provide may be shown publicly on pages like the team roster or contributors page. You keep ownership of what you submit; you're giving us permission to display it as part of running the tournament, not handing it over.
The site and tournament are provided as is, run on a volunteer basis, without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for lost matches, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or anything else arising from participation, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as the tournament evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
