How Evergreen Cup handles your data, how this site got built, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
Last updated August 8, 2026.
This page explains what data Evergreen Cup collects and what we do with it. We don't run ads and we don't sell data to anyone.
When you sign in, osu!'s OAuth login gives us your osu! user ID, username, avatar, country, and account join date. If you choose to link Discord, we also store your Discord ID and handle; that link is optional and only happens if you start it yourself.
If you register to play or staff, we store what you enter on that form: region, UTC offset, skillsets or availability, and, for staff, a role selection and portfolio links. We don't collect email addresses as part of registration.
If you donate through Ko-fi, we store the amount, currency, and whatever name or message you chose to include. Ko-fi processes the payment itself; we don't receive or store your card details or email through that flow.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it. As of this writing, the site doesn't run any third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts.
We use this data to run the tournament: confirming eligibility, running the draft, showing public pages like the team roster and donor wall, and coordinating over Discord. Admin actions that touch your data (approvals, edits, removals) are logged internally for accountability.
We use a small set of service providers to run the site: Vercel for hosting, MongoDB Atlas for the database, osu! and Discord for sign-in, and Ko-fi for payments. Each of those sees the data needed to do their part; none of them get it for any other purpose, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone else.
We keep registration and account data for as long as the associated tournament edition is active, plus a reasonable window afterward for records. You can ask us to delete your data at any point; see below.
You can review and update your player availability from your dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion, email us at the address below. If you're in the EU/EEA/UK, see our GDPR page for more detail; if you're a California resident, see our CCPA page.
Evergreen Cup isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
