Categories of data we collect

• Identifiers: osu! user ID, username, Discord ID and handle (if linked)
• Registration details: region, UTC offset, skillsets, availability, staff role and portfolio links
• Donation records: amount, currency, donor name or message you chose to include
• Internet activity: session cookie data needed to keep you signed in

We don't sell or share this data for cross-context behavioral advertising. There's nothing to opt out of on that front, since we never do it in the first place.

Your rights

California residents can:

• Ask what personal information we've collected, used, or disclosed
• Ask us to delete personal information we've collected
• Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable here; we don't sell or share)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

How to exercise them

Email privacy@evergreencup.org from the address or account tied to your registration so we can verify who you are. We'll respond within 45 days, as required by law.

Authorized agents

If you'd like someone else to submit a request on your behalf, they can email us with proof that you've authorized them to do so.
