How Evergreen Cup handles your data, how this site got built, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
Last updated August 8, 2026.
This page covers rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR for anyone in the EU, EEA, or UK who signs up for or interacts with Evergreen Cup. Read our Privacy Policy first for the full picture of what we collect.
Evergreen Cup is run by a single organizer (see our disclaimers page), who acts as the data controller for the information described here.
We process osu! and Discord profile data on the basis of your consent when you sign in through OAuth. Registration and tournament data are processed based on our legitimate interest in running the event fairly, and to fulfill our side of the registration you submitted.
Under GDPR, you can:
Email privacy@evergreencup.org from the address or account tied to your registration so we can verify the request. We'll respond within 30 days.
Our hosting and database providers (Vercel and MongoDB Atlas) operate in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on providers that offer standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We'd also appreciate the chance to fix it directly first; email us and we'll do our best.
