Grand Finals LAN · Oct 24-25
Open to everyone, tournament or not. Where it is, how to sign up, what a room costs, and what to expect on site.
Grand Finals matches and other scheduled events will be run in the Eagleview room. There are 50+ parking spots on site. Check in at the front desk the first time you enter to handle room and admission.
The form asks for a name for venue check-in, a phone number and email, an emergency contact, your room choice, dinner preferences, and any allergies or dietary restrictions. That is more than the tournament ever asks for, which is why the LAN has its own privacy notice. We hand the venue only what it needs, and we delete the personal details after the weekend.
Admission is $10 per day, paid to the venue at the front desk each day you come in. Reserve a room and both days are waived.
The venue has 50 small overnight rooms for Saturday night. Every room is $100 flat, paid to Varler directly once the room list locks after signups close. Payment is due Sat, Oct 10. Rooms are awarded in a prioritized order of EGC staff first, then players, then everyone else, each in order of signup. Sign up early!

Sharing a two-bed room? Both of you sign up. The first person gets a six-character code on submit, the second enters it on their form. Bringing an emergency contact or parent who does not play osu!? Tick the option in the form to say they will be attending with you, then fill in their details on your form instead.
We can only order one entrée from the options below for the whole group. We'll choose an entrée based on popular vote and make sure to provide vegetarian/vegan and allergy-friendly versions of the dish.

The full list, with prohibited items and acts in priority order, is on the LAN terms page. Signing up means you agree to it. Tournament conduct rules from the rules page apply on site too.
Expect to be photographed and filmed: the stream, socials, and the recap all pull from the weekend. If you don't want to be in a specific shot, tell the photographer or any staff member and they'll respect it. Same courtesy applies to you: don't photograph anyone who asks you not to, or who clearly doesn't want it.
The full photography policy is in the LAN terms.
